SUP YOGA is back
SUP YOGA is back with classes on selected Tuesdays evenings and Sunday mornings in June and July. FREE TO MEMBERS / NON MEMBERS £25 / GUESTS FREE Tuesdays, 6.30pm – 7.30pm: 3rd | 10th | 17th | 24th Sundays, 9am-10am: 15th | 22nd | 29th We have another day planned. Our Sailing open sessions went down really well. Members loved getting out on the big boats. So we are doing another one open day. Saturday 14th June 14th at 1600 till 1800 Open to all members, bring a friend and find out what the sailing side of the club has to offer. Introducing WaveReady, our new fitness class that is designed to help you stay out longer, ride harder and go bigger on the water. Starting from the 13th May, join our in-house trainer and staff member, Matt twice a week for dynamic, full-body circuits that build the strength and endurance you need to make the most of every session on the waves. No matter your level, these classes will help you stay fit, have fun and push your performance on (and off) the water.

Another busy weekend on the water WINDSURFING Last Sundays safety boat cover proved really popular. Fingers crossed we will be doing the same this Sunday. If you need to make a journey please contact us Sunday Morning to check as we are waiting for a powerboat to be fixed, No need to book but there will be a limit of 10 sailors out at a time. That may vary depending on sea and wind conditions.
